Spirit of the Times

This video examines the social, political and cultural circumstances of the 1960s in order to help make sense of how so many nations experienced such similar revolts around the same relatively brief period of time. As is argued, Northern Ireland was not immune to such winds of change. The video begins with some context provided by Dr Chris Reynolds of Nottingham Trent University before drawing on the reflections of protagonists from the time.
